NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town of Wolf River, Winnebago County, has contracted with Action Appraisers and Consultants to perform a Revaluation of all properties in the Town. The revaluation will begin starting the week of September 1, 2019 and will continue through until completion in the fall of 2020. You should have received a postcard notice asking you to contact Action Appraisers and Consultants to schedule an appointment for inspections of both the interior and exterior of your properties.
