Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that

The Town Board will hold a Public Hearing

on the 25th day of March, 2019,

at 6:30 o’clock p.m. at the Town Hall,

8800 County Road II, Fremont, WI 54940

to consider a proposed amendment to

Zoning Ordinance for

the Town of Wolf River

The Town Board will hold a hearing to

consider the follow:

SECTION 1.07 GARAGES OFF SITE – RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT

(1)  INTENT. The general intent of this District is to allow the establishment of Garage lots in conjunction with

existing residential lots not having sufficient area, width, or depth to allow construction of an off-site

       residential garage.

(2)  GENERAL PROVISIONS. There are pre-existing residential waterfront lots in the Town that are too small

or too narrow to allow the construction of a two-car garage. While not necessarily desirable, necessity

dictates that special provisions should be made to allow the construction of an off-site garage so long as all

of the standards in this section can be met.

Please contact the clerk for the full text of the proposed revision.

Respectfully submitted,

Susan J. Gilbert, Clerk
